The Montgomery County Sheriff's office has announced that it has arrested a suspected driver involved in a fatal pedestrian accident last week that killed a 13-year-old boy.
The victim, a seventh grader was apparently on his way home from a sleepover. He was walking on the paved shoulder with a friend, when a pickup truck swerved onto the shoulder. Four People Killed in Alleged Street Racing Accident in Houston

In a tragic accident in Houston, four people have died after being involved in what police believe, was a street race. The accident occurred early on Saturday morning and involved two GMC trucks that were traveling at high speeds. The motorists apparently lost control of their vehicles, and crashed in a parking lot.
The driver and passenger in one of the trucks died instantly, while two passengers in the other truck were also killed. The driver of one pickup truck has been hospitalized, and is in a stable condition. He can expect charges filed against him.
