According to a new study, binge drinkers or persons who have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol, are likely to recover slowly from their injuries, compared to people who were not drunk at the time.

Reports of burn injuries involving exploding ceramic fire pots have been coming in from around the country. At least two of these incidents in New York have resulted in serious injuries. The Consumer Product Safety Commission is now warning consumers about the risk of burn injuries from the use of these fire pots.
